Closer

Closer (2015-) explores processes of connection through photography. In a growing number of photographic series, the project attempts to connect the self with identities that they desire connection with. These identities are diverse and come in the form of people, emblems, feelings, concepts and more. In this way, the project can produce allegories about the identities we connect with and the motives that pervade our relationships with them.
